Product Recalls
Riverside Natural Foods Inc. is recalling MadeGood Granola Bars, detailed below with identifying information and dates, due to the potential presence of a piece of metal in the product. Consumption of this product may result in a safety hazard. The safety of our consumers is our top priority. We have received a small number of complaints, and while no injuries have been reported, we are taking this matter very seriously. We conducted an extensive investigation where the recalled products were manufactured, and we have identified the source of the issue in the manufacturing process. We have remediated the issue and tested the new processes to ensure that any future risk is fully mitigated. This voluntary recall is being made with the knowledge of the Food and Drug Administration.

Nestlé USA is recalling a limited quantity of Lean Cuisine® frozen meals specifically Butternut Squash Ravioli sold at Smart & Final. The recall is due to the potential presence of wood-like material. While no illnesses or injuries have been reported, we are taking immediate action out of an abundance of caution after a small number of consumers contacted Nestlé USA about this issue, including one potential choking incident.
