Garlic Butter Mixed Vegetables

Ingredients
1 bag Frozen Mixed Vegetables
1/2 cup Chicken Broth
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tbsp Butter
2 tbsp Grated Parmesan Cheese
Parsley, for garnish
Directions
- Heat 1 cup of broth in a medium saucepan over medium heat until simmering.
- Add frozen vegetables and cook for 5-10 minutes, stirring often, until heated.
- Drain and return veggies to the pan.
- Add 2 tablespoons of butter and 1 teaspoon of minced garlic to the pan and cook over medium heat for several minutes, stirring often, until butter is completely melted and coats the vegetables.
- Remove from heat. Season with salt and pepper if desired. Top with parsley and parmesan cheese.
