Ingredients
1 Onion, cut into thick slices.
2 Eggs, whisked
0.75 cups Panko Breadcrumbs
2 Tablespoons Cajun Seasoning
4 Tablespoons Plain Flour
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 400 degree F.
- In a bowl, mix together the flour and cajun seasonin.
- Use a different bowl to add panko breadcrumbs.
- In a third bowl whisk 2 eggs and set aside.
- Slice 1 onion thickly and separate them into rings.
- Dip the onion slices in the flour mixture, then the egg, and then roll in the panko breadcrumbs until they are completely covered.
- Place the onion slices on a lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes. Flip them over and bake for an additional 5 minutes until crispy.
- Enjoy!
