Ingredients
1 Onion, cut into thick slices.
2 Eggs, whisked
0.75 cups Panko Breadcrumbs
2 Tablespoons Cajun Seasoning
4 Tablespoons Plain Flour
Directions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degree F.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the flour and cajun seasonin. 
  3. Use a different bowl to add panko breadcrumbs. 
  4. In a third bowl whisk 2 eggs and set aside. 
  5. Slice 1 onion thickly and separate them into rings. 
  6. Dip the onion slices in the flour mixture, then the egg, and then roll in the panko breadcrumbs until they are completely covered. 
  7. Place the onion slices on a lined baking sheet. 
  8. Bake for 20 minutes. Flip them over and bake for an additional 5 minutes until crispy. 
  9. Enjoy!
